AI Integration
We don’t sell AI. We create space for meaningful work.
Technology is not the starting point. Your processes are.
Global Content for Dole
Proof, not promises
10,000 pages. 9 languages. 7 days.
Dole faced a classic scaling challenge: more than 10,000 pages of content needed to be translated regularly into up to 9 languages manually, through copy & paste workflows, with unclear ownership and growing operational overhead.
Factorial automated the entire translation workflow: direct DeepL integration into the CMS, a custom-built batch feature for one-click mass translations, and a scalable process designed to grow without generating additional licensing costs.
The result: 10,000+ pages translated in 7 days. 305% increase in website traffic. Bounce rate reduced from 50% to 21%.

The Problem
Average is not an option
The same models. The same prompts. No wonder everything sounds the same. But your business isn’t average.
Without the right input, AI delivers the average of thousands of sources: content that sounds like everyone else, off-the-shelf processes, decisions without a distinct point of view.
But your company is not like everyone else’s. Your teams hold accumulated experience and knowledge about your customers, your markets, and the way you work. Making that knowledge usable for AI is not something a prompt template can solve. It requires someone who understands your operations.

Problem
Off-the-shelf AI
The same models, the same prompts, the same outputs. Your processes, your expertise, your unique way of working none of it matters. The result: average.
Solution
AI tailored to your business
Your workflows come first. Your bottlenecks define the focus. AI that taps into your organization’s expertise and supports your teams where it delivers the greatest leverage.
Our approach
Processes first. AI second.
If you don’t understand processes, you automate chaos.
Whether it’s a publishing editorial team, pharmaceutical compliance, or a decentralized organization: the approach is the same.
Before we automate anything, we make your workflows visible. Step by step. Which routines consume time? Where is a human making a decision that no model should make? Only once that is clear do we decide together where AI truly makes sense.

Our philosophy
AI as a tool, not an autopilot
AI creates the draft. You make the decision.
AI supports the work. Your teams stay in control. It’s a simple principle. Structuring, tagging, summarizing, and preparation happen automatically. Approval, direction, and accountability remain with your people.
No vendor lock-in. AI is a replaceable component. Models will change. Your processes remain stable.
Before
45 minutes to compile a status report
Copying data from three different tools, formatting it, commenting on deviations every week, manually.
After
5 minutes for review and approval
AI generates the draft directly from the source data. The team reviews it, adds context where needed, and approves the final version. 40 minutes regained for actual project work.
Change Management
Change starts with people
The biggest fear is rarely bad technology. It’s becoming replaceable.
AI asks highly skilled people to fundamentally rethink the way they work. That’s not a small shift. Which is why we involve your teams before AI is ever introduced.
Not as a communication exercise, but because the people who live a process every day know best where the friction really is.

The Framework
The AI Impact Layers
Five phases. Each with a clear outcome.
Ground &
Discover
Clarify business goals, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize the three use cases with the highest leverage.
→ Top 3 use cases, one pilot candidate, and an honest assessment of your AI readiness.
Design &
Decide
Model and evaluate selected use cases. What will it cost? What value will it create? What could go wrong?
→ A well-founded go-or-no-go decision.
Build &
Prove
Implement one use case. In real operations. With real data. Not on a whiteboard.
→ Proven impact backed by KPIs from the pilot phase.
Scale &
Govern
Bring the solution into day-to-day operations. Scale step by step. Establish clear rules: Who can do what? Who decides? Where can people intervene?
→ AI in everyday work, with governance that works in everyday practice.
Vision &
Align
Turn the results into an AI strategy aligned with your business goals. Not a slide deck, a roadmap your organization can actually execute.
→ A long-term organizational framework for AI.
And what about us?
We’d be poor advisors if we didn’t follow our own recommendations.
Claude Code in our development team. Most of our developers work with AI-assisted coding. Not because it’s a trend, but because we see better results.
MCP servers for everyone else. The question was: how do we bring AI into the daily work of people who aren’t developers? Our answer: custom MCP servers connected to company chat, email, ticketing, and the knowledge base. The collective knowledge of our organization is now accessible through natural language. No search forms. No filter logic. Just ask.
All running on our own infrastructure, with clearly defined access controls and without sending data to third parties.
Organizations we’ve supported with AI expertise.

The best answers begin with the right questions.
Most companies we speak with don’t have an AI strategy. They have a feeling that something is changing. That’s enough for us as a starting point. In our Ground & Discover Workshop, we work together to answer the key questions: Where do you stand today? Which routines are consuming time? Which three use cases would create the greatest leverage?
No massive transformation project. Just a clear next step.
