Reinventing public television as a streaming platform. Sounds exciting – but in terms of UX, it’s a balancing act. ZDF is not a single interface, but a complex ecosystem of touchpoints: smart TV, web, mobile, voice. Every screen and every interaction follows its own rules, usage contexts and operating logic. How can you create consistent experiences without sacrificing the respective patterns?
